Matt Parks has been with Williams Medical for the past 13 years. In April of 2022 Matt purchased Williams Medical to begin bringing Williams Medical into a new era of efficiency while creating a new standard for patient care. Matt believes that the recent Covid-19 pandemic has accelerated the need for quality products and services in the home. Over the past decade Matt has seen an evolution of healthcare that he believes is trending in the wrong direction. The belief is that we need more specialized forms of care and greater transparency given to patients. Williams Medical is eager and ready to create a standard in the durable medical equipment space that focuses on patient choice and transparency.
Originally from Baltimore, MD Matt was raised in the healthcare space watching his mother work in emergency medicine for 44 years. Matt also knows first hand how difficult a medical condition is for a family as he watched his older sibling deal with a neurological disorder that required constant care at Johns Hopkins.
Matt obtained his Bachelors in Business Management from Belmont University in Nashville as a member of the baseball team from 2003-2007. He obtained his Masters Degree in 2008 from Belmont as well where he met his wife, Chrissa, who’s grandfather, Roy Jacob Williams, founded Williams Medical in October of 1971. Matt and his wife have three daughters and enjoy spending their time together as a family.
